Terms and Conditions – 958ph Online Gaming Philippines

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "958ph" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://958ph.app and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 958ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon completing the 958ph registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player from their own personal payment accounts and held in their 958ph wallet for real-money gaming.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to credits awarded by 958ph through promotions, bonuses, referral rewards, or other incentive programs, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Qualifying Games" refers to game categories and specific titles that contribute to meeting wagering requirements as detailed in individual promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals and, in some circumstances, before continued play.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — regulations and processes that 958ph is obligated to follow regarding the monitoring and reporting of suspicious financial activity.

By accessing the 958ph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any real-money bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 958ph platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 958ph, including casino games, sports betting, poker, virtual sports, and all promotional programs including the referral program. Where individual game categories or promotions have additional specific rules, those rules apply alongside — not instead of — these Terms and Conditions.

958ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification with reasonable advance notice.

To register and play on 958ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 958ph takes the prohibition on underage gambling seriously and uses age verification processes to enforce this requirement.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method used to make deposits. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or agent of 958ph, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the 958ph platform or mandated by any regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous 958ph account closed for fraud, abuse of bonus terms, collusion, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions.

958ph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Providing false information regarding your eligibility is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Each player may hold only one registered account on 958ph. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

958ph may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration. Standard KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or Driver's License), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement no older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

958ph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason. The platform also reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent at any stage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 958ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility regardless of whether the activity was authorized by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact the 958ph support team immediately at support@958ph.app. 958ph will investigate all reported unauthorized access incidents, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or to report a breach promptly.

958ph recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication on their accounts. This adds a significant layer of protection and is available through your account security settings.

All deposits to your 958ph account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account or card belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.

958ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The maximum deposit amount and daily limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 958ph wallet within seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are generally credited within one hour. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes in some cases.

958ph does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your bank or e-wallet provider if you are unsure.

Withdrawals from your 958ph account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals of real money balances (funds that have cleared any applicable wagering requirements) are processed as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Processed same day in most cases, typically within a few hours of the withdrawal request being approved.
• InstaPay bank transfers: Processed within one business hour during standard banking hours.
• PESONet bank transfers: Processed within the same business day if requested before the PESONet clearing cutoff time.
• Visa and Mastercard: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank's processing timeline.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security review. 958ph may request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not yet completed full identity verification.

958ph reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions. Where an investigation results in a confirmed violation, the withdrawal may be refused and the account balance forfeited.

958ph offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and rebate offers, and the Refer a Friend program. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

Wagering requirements: Bonus balances must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions vary by game category — slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

Bonus abuse: 958ph maintains the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence that it has been claimed through the creation of multiple accounts, use of prohibited third-party payment methods, exploitation of technical errors, low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or any other form of manipulation. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 958ph reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.

Referral bonuses: Referral rewards are credited upon the qualifying activity of the referred player being confirmed. The referring player must have an active, verified account in good standing. Referral rewards are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the Refer a Friend program terms.

All games offered on 958ph — including Baccarat, Poker, Card Games, Slots, Virtual Sports, and MMA Betting — are governed by the individual rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

RNG-based games use certified random number generation algorithms to determine outcomes. Live Dealer games use physical cards and equipment operated by real dealers in a monitored studio environment. All game results are final once a round is completed and the outcome has been recorded by the system.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or software failure — 958ph will attempt to resolve the hand or round based on available game state data. Where a resolution cannot be determined, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance. 958ph's decision in these cases is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and account status. 958ph reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.

958ph is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity
• Using automated software, bots, or any other tool designed to make betting decisions or automate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — including continuing to play a malfunctioning game rather than reporting the issue immediately
• Using prohibited payment methods, including third-party deposits or the use of stolen or unauthorized payment credentials
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering under Philippine law or international AML standards
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or customer support interactions

958ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, contact details, identification documents, payment information, gaming activity records, and device and connection data. This data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.

Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All content on the 958ph platform — including but not limited to the 958ph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, and software — is the intellectual property of 958ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the 958ph platform without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 958ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from gaming outcomes, losses arising from technical malfunctions or interruptions, losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security, or losses resulting from your reliance on information or content provided on the platform.

958ph's total liability to any Player in any circumstances shall not exceed the total value of the affected Player's real money balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit 958ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

Voluntary closure: You may request to close your 958ph account at any time by contacting support@958ph.app. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension by 958ph: 958ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where: the Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions; there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; the Player's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified; or the Platform is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is complete. Where a violation is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the violation.

958ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Players' rights, financial terms, or key platform rules — 958ph will notify registered Players via email and/or platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications, grammatical corrections, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law that do not materially affect Players — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the 958ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the new terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the 958ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact 958ph in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. To initiate a dispute, contact support@958ph.app with a clear description of the issue, the amount in dispute (if applicable), and your desired resolution. 958ph will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and work toward a resolution within 14 business days of receiving full information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to engage in non-binding mediation before pursuing litigation, unless prohibited by applicable law or where immediate legal action is necessary to preserve rights.
